Mary Beth Panepucci

Mary Beth Panepucci has been a cornerstone of Jarvis Law Office since 2018, serving as both Executive Director and Client Navigator. With an Associate of Arts Degree from Eastern Gateway Community College, Mary Beth combines her education with over five years of experience guiding families through important decisions with warmth and compassion.

Her passion for helping others shines through in her daily work, where she takes pride in easing the worries of clients and helping them achieve their goals. Mary Beth’s ability to connect with people, make them feel comfortable, and truly listen sets her apart in her role.

Beyond her professional life, Mary Beth is deeply involved in the community. She co-chairs the Upper Ohio Valley Walk to End Alzheimer’s, serves on the United Way of Jefferson County Board of Directors, and contributes as a board member for the St. Clairsville Chamber of Commerce.

When she’s not working or volunteering, you’ll find Mary Beth tending her flower garden, traveling—especially to the Caribbean—and spending time with her family and friends. A lover of adventure, she also enjoys zip-lining.

At home, she and her family care for two rescue guinea pigs they adopted three years ago. Her motto, "You only get one chance to make a good first impression," reflects her commitment to building meaningful relationships in every aspect of her life.

Dylan Fowkes

Attorney

Dylan was led to pursue a career in law due to his desire to help others. It is his goal to use the practice of law to help families through difficult or challenging times by alleviating stress and burdens and providing peace of mind.

He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Bowling Green State University before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Currently, Dylan resides in Centerville, Ohio with his wife, Katie, and two young children.

He is also serving as a member of the Board of Education for Union Local School District. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, ATV riding, and barbecuing.
