Professional Background
Timothy Jarvis began his career as a financial advisor after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Ohio University. For years, he guided clients through complex financial decisions, but a personal experience reshaped his professional journey. When his grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, Timothy faced the challenges of navigating a confusing and often frustrating system to secure her care. This life-changing experience led him to discover the field of elder law, igniting a passion to help others in similar situations.
Timothy pursued his Juris Doctorate at Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law, pivoting his career toward elder law and estate planning. In 2003, he founded the Jarvis Law Office, dedicated to helping older adults and their families plan for the future and manage long-term healthcare crises. His approach integrates legal, financial, and emotional support, with a focus on honoring clients' wishes in all aspects of estate planning.
Under Timothy's leadership, the Jarvis Law Office has expanded to three locations with a team of over 35 professionals. As founder and owner, he oversees all critical aspects of operations, including marketing, sales, production, personnel, and finances—while driving the strategic vision for continued growth.
Personal Philosophy
Timothy believes in lifelong learning and personal development, embracing every opportunity to grow and improve. For him, self-improvement is not a destination but an ongoing journey that fuels his passion for helping others.
Personal Touch
When he's not advocating for clients or shaping the future of his firm, Timothy finds joy in the outdoors, whether hiking, cycling, or simply savoring the tranquility of nature. His greatest accomplishment, though, is raising three wonderful children, and he treasures every moment spent with them.
What Sets Him Apart
Timothy's unique combination of financial knowledge and legal acumen enables him to provide comprehensive, empathetic guidance to clients navigating complex elder law and estate planning matters. His personal experience with his grandmother's care informs his compassionate, client-focused approach, making him not just an attorney, but a trusted advocate for families in need.
